Well, considering that I had to sell some of my shit just to live because of this deal taking so long, I decided to file a paypal dispute over my transaction with Intr3pid, or Alex Fosnaugh, Paypal account A1CFosnaugh@hotmail.com
He cheated me out of $1000 and has inflicted serious suffering on me and those around me. Congratulations Alex! You are a scar on the face humanity.
Anyway, he is obviously claiming that the deal went well, because he wants to save his pathetic thieving hide from being tanned by the cold hand of PayPal. I have a plan as to how to get it back, and not to mention his story isn't entirely solid, he has made some big mistakes. But let it be known, look out for Alex Fosnaugh. He is not legit and he will steal your money.
You are absolutely rediculous. Just because it took me a while to get you the adena, and you didnt get to buy your precious spellbook Destroy you decided to file a complaint with paypal. I'm the scammer? No your the one trying to fucking double up with your adena and the money your trying to scam back from me. If spending 1000$ on a video game put you and the people around you in serious agony, why the FUCK would you even consider spending it on pixels anyways? I am not entirely sure what happened with your deal, but I had dealing with Alex before, and our deal went very good.
Alex was selling a DE account on this website, and I contacted him for price, and we agreed on 800USD if i am not mistaken, and i paid him the money first. He had all the chances to scam me but he didnt, 5 minutes later, he sent me all the information regarding his account. I am very satisified with him, and I think he is a trustworthy person since he chose not to scam me while he had all the chances, and another important factor to keep in mind is that, I dont know him in real life at all, so it is almost impossible for me to get my money back if he decided to scam me.
yours was over 1000$ USD because you baught adena as well on top of the account. I think your was 1200$ but im not exactly sure. Thanks for the backup, this guys a joke.
intr3pid has long been a very powerful and admired member of the revamped community.
But this is a very serious manor. It will be looked into.

I am interested that he has dealt well with you all before and I wonder why it is that he has done this to me. When I get the paypal ruling I will let you all know the outcome. I waited until nearly the exact maximum number of days that paypal would allow me before filing a complaint so it is very odd that he has just decided to run a big scam like this. Especially when he has done bigger deals before.
Maybe the fellow is in some financial trouble himself...
I'm sure Intr3pid doesn't want to be labelled a scammer especially in a post that is appearing in the latest forum posts on homepage, so if you could both provide your arguments and then the person who is in the right/wrong will prevail belongs the evidence has been set straight and perhaps a solution will blossom. _________________
Paypal rules in my favor simply because this guy is full of shit and paypal knows it. No im not in financial trouble, i got more money then your whole family put together, but thats not the point. I do this as a side buisness to my very successful military career, and I dont need people like you trying to tarnish my reputation over this stupid accusation you have tossed at me. Everyone here has done buisness with me reguarding lineage items/adena/accounts, and all of which I was given the money first. SaturnStar's reputation relys on my ability to provide and deliver when I say I will, and I always do. He backs me up and there is no way on earth i would jeopardize our relationship for a little bit of chump change. So you can go on with life knowing you are a liar and a wanna-be scammer. You lost, move on with life.
Believe it or not, this is not what happened. I would be happy to provide screen shot evidence. Here are some facts. I cancelled the claim for a couple reasons:
1. If paypal found the claim to be false (which because these are untraceable digital goods there was a high probability of) then they might cancel my paypal account, hence making a large portion of my income dissappear.
2. I recieved a big break in real life and no longer need the money to survive (yes, didnt eat for a while because of you ASS HOLE)
Some reasons you shouldnt trust intr3pid...
The email he mentioned above from the afosn@hotmail.com account had nothing to do with me, and was 100% positively created by him in an attempt to frame me. Also, I never recieved the email in question, so whoever sent it typed my address wrong... you know, the one I type every day to log in.
The SB: Destroy which he has mentioned over and over as the 'reason I am reporting him', was long out of question for me while he was still negotiating with me via this site. (i.e. we were discussing other terms long after that book sold.)
The only account characters I gave him the names of (to transfer the money to) were expired prior to his last message about how he needed more time. Would be pretty difficult to deliver to an expired account.
The laundry list goes on...
Also Alex, I resell buddy. I dont buy adena to use it myself... I dont actually play lineage anymore (other than some attempted farming). AND the only reason I would have wanted destroy if because I predicted a rise in price. It has been steady right up until my accounts all closed so I see no reason not having it would have upset me.
Not being able to resell is what messed with my life. But I'm glad your in a good financial situation, considering that directly contradicts several PMs you sent me as an explanation why I didn't have my adena yet.
But if you would rather trust him and his foul mouth and temper and direct personal assaults, please do. He seems like a swell guy when he isn't stealing from you.

Man i really wish I would have took a screenshot of me giving the adena to his chaotic make elf on TI. I didnt expect this retard to try to pull this on me. And I mentioned the afosn@hotmail.com email because there is a guy that I talk to on MSN that has it out for me because he claims I bad mouthed him and his lineage crew lol. Internet drama is silly. He wanted to see me lose this claim so he said he was going to email you a fradulent email to help you win it. Maybe he typed in the wrong address, hes an idiot anyways. I will post the convo I had with him if anyone wants to see it as well. Like I have mentioned before I have done over 50 transactions with people from this website, and some of them well over 1000$, there is no reason for me to scam you so you can stop trying to badmouth me on a forum where I am a well known provider of digital goods. And as far as you wanting destroy to resell it? Dont play stupid, you told me you wanted it for your newly Aquired 67 Mage. So as far as that claim goes, you lose for being a liar. Your integrity has already been tested by some of your claims, and you just further solidify is with these stupid accusations. All your accounts are inactive? BULLSHIT, you lose that one too. Please come back and gripe some more when you come up with some more random stuff to accuse me of.
Intr3pid... I wish you had made that last post sooner, with it I could have won the paypal dispute. Here is some more information to prove that he is a liar.
The elf in question (which was chaotic, not for chao-making, I would think a red name would be easy to remember, thats why I use chao chars for transactions!) was on an account which I have proof expired before the date of your last message about how you needed more time.
My email address is posted nowhere on this site other than PMs to you, nor anywhere else except paypal.com. You must have given it to this guy at the very least.
You might know this... because I am selling the account that destroy would be put on, it is still increased in value because it is on the account, and it is in fact ussually easier to get more money for destroy (USD) than it is to sell it for adena and in turn sell the adena. This is why I have posts in the Trading Post forum about buying LoA mages and buying SB Destroy. I have had very good luck making money off of this maneuver. And while Dest would never add $1000 to an account, I was being nice to Intr3pid (I believed him to be helping me by looking for a solution at the time) and letting him off a little bit easy.
I haven't made this clear yet, but the transaction between me and Intr3pid was 1000m adena for $1000. As a reseller, this is a goldmine, it would have been easy as pie to sell that adena for $1400, I bet I could have done it in a week or two. If I held out I could have probably gotten $1550 or so.
What reason would I have for badmouthing a person who could offer me deals like this? It would be insane, If he had delivered I would have come to him again and again.
Perhaps his reason for going back on the deal was that he realized that he didn't want to give me such a good deal, maybe he was losing money on it, I don't know where he would have gotten 1000m for less than $1000...
SaturnStar, if you would like proof of anything, especially the expiration Date of the account that expired, the one which he claims to have delivered adena to, I would be happy to provide it to you if you send me a PM, so we can discuss it.
As an uninvolved observer I'll offer this much: if you want to protect your reputation always return money paid upfront for goods not delivered or with an unknown ETA. If you start stalling then your buyer is going to start getting nervous. If you've taken payment the honourable thing to do is a) deliver the goods immediately or b) refund money. Anything else looks like scamming, whether it is or not.
I'm not trying to make any enemies, just giving you a joe-anybody viewpoint. I think what we've been observing here is proof that my point is generally correct.
The financial world invented escrow agencies to address this problem. I'm sure eventually someone will create one for digital goods but until then this will probably happen over and over again. Until then keep your transactions short.
As an observer ltdarkchild seems sketch. No serious business person would describe thier whole plan on the internet to everyone, and tell everyone how they make money. Seems like he is just causing pointless drama, reasons unknown.
